At Derma Aroma, we partner with trusted suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers

• Processing times vary but typically take 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on the carrier and location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (if available)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Items in your order may be shipped separately depending on availability and fulfillment processes. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@dermaaroma.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 48 hoursas carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely.

• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Derma Aroma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in the claims process if possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
