Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return or refund.
All returns must be initiated within the 14-day window to qualify.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@dermaaroma.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
