1. Do you offer in-store products?
No, at this time, we only offer products online through our website.
2. Can I schedule a virtual consultation?
We currently do not provide virtual consultations. We recommend reaching out to us via email or through our contact form for any questions you may have regarding our services.
3. How much notice do I need to give to cancel an appointment?
We require 2 days’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 2 days of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay
• Digital Payment: Apple Pay
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna
• Bank Payments: Automated Clearing House (for US merchants only)
• For in-person payments, we accept payments via Square processor.
5. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards. These can be purchased and redeemed online.
6. Can I purchase products in store?
We do have a physical store, but all products must be purchased through our website. We do not offer in-store product sales at this time. All orders are processed online and shipped directly to you.
